CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of the domain name www.EmptyEngine.com (the “Website”) and should be read along with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy displayed on the Website.

We only accept cancellation requests that are made in accordance with this Policy. We are not obligated to allow any other cancellations or refund any other payment, except in accordance with our policies.

EmptyEngine is a platform that offers services to various users. Once a business/individual/client/customer has purchased any service from us they may choose to cancel the said service and seek refund. The terms and conditions for cancellation and refund are enunciated herein.

In order to seek refund and cancel the services, the purchaser shall foremost send us an email communicating the same at admin@emptyengine.com

If the email is received by us before the start of the service (i.e. before the service is live/listed), a deduction amounting to 25% of the billed amount shall be done, after which the refund of remaining amount shall be made within thirty (30) working days from the day the request is received by us. Any transaction charge arising out of this shall be solely borne by the purchaser of the service.

However if the email for cancellation of service is received by us after the service is live/listed and/or EmptyEngine has started working on such service then no refund shall be made. The purchaser may still send us an email at admin@emptyengine.com to remove such listing that has been done and/or to not avail such service. However no refunds shall be made even if the service is cancelled under such conditions.

No other cancellation or refund requests shall be entertained.
